While using Our Service, We may ask You to provide Us with certain personally identifiable information (“Personal Data”) that can be used to contact or identify You.  We collect the personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.   All Personal Data that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information. Personal Data may include, but is not limited to:

  • Identification and Contact Information: Information that allows us to differentiate you from other individuals. This may include name and surname, email address, phone number, and postal address.

  • Payment Data: We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as your payment instrument number, and the security code associated with your payment instrument, and billing addresses.  All payment data is stored by Square.   • Usage and Device Data: We and our service providers may use a variety of technologies that collect and provide information automatically about how the Services are accessed and used. Usage Data may consist of your internet browser type and version, your IP address or similar identifiers, your operating system, your service provider, the webpages and apps you viewed, the time you viewed them and for how long, your non-precise, geolocation, your time zone, your language, and what webpages you looked at before viewing the current page.  When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. 

  • Form Block Submissions: When you submit information to this website via webform, we collect the data requested in the webform in order to track and respond to your submissions. We share this information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us. We also share this information with Google Cloud Services for storage.Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

Children's Privacy  

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If You are a parent or guardian and You are aware that Your child has provided Us with Personal Data, please contact Us. If We become aware that We have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 18 without verification of parental consent, We take steps to remove that information from Our servers.

CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.

Verification process

These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us.
