My in-person Reiki training is a private, tailored experience designed to meet your unique needs and learning goals. This flexible format allows you to learn at your own pace, with the option to schedule Level 1 and Level 2 trainings back-to-back or with time to reflect and integrate between sessions.
Held in Pasadena, these sessions provide the space to fully immerse yourself in Reiki through guided instruction, hands-on practice, and personalized support.

Level 1 introduces you to the beautiful energy of Reiki, helping you understand its power and history while beginning to experience and use it yourself. Practical experiences include learning how to feel energy and performing a self-Reiki treatment using all the hand positions. The attunement given in this level will open channels in your energy system.

Level 2 builds on the foundational techniques learned in Level 1. This training introduces advanced techniques, including distance healing, and provides a deeper understanding of Reiki energy and its applications. Certification in Level 2 is required to perform Reiki on others. The attunement at this level will allow for a deeper and more spiritual awareness of life force energy.

Level 3, also known as the Master level, is reserved for select students who have demonstrated a strong commitment to the practice and have worked with me for some time. This level prepares you for teaching and attuning others, deepening your understanding and mastery of Reiki. The attunement at this level establishes the deepest energetic connection to the source of Reiki and self-empowerment.
