These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Inner Spectrum Healing website ("Website") and services ("Services"). Inner Spectrum Healing (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Yisbel Zamora, registered as a fictitious business name in Los Angeles County, California. By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Services.

1. Scope of Services & Legal Disclaimers

Inner Spectrum Healing provides complementary and alternative wellness services, including but not limited to Reiki, intuitive guidance, energy healing, crystal therapy, breathwork, and spiritual coaching. These services are intended to support personal well-being and spiritual growth.

We are not licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial professionals and do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any physical or mental health conditions. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

In accordance with California SB‑577, we disclose the following:

  • We are alternative practitioners not licensed by the state.

  • Services are provided based on training in Reiki and related holistic disciplines.

  • You are encouraged to consult a licensed physician or healthcare provider for any physical or mental health concerns.

If you receive a payment receipt that lists YZ Design Studio, this reflects our IRS-registered business name used for tax and payment processing. Inner Spectrum Healing is our registered DBA.

2. Client Eligibility

Services are generally available to clients age 18 and older. Reiki, however, is considered safe for individuals of all ages including: children, infants, and even animals, and is used in many hospitals and pediatric programs for pain and stress relief. Minors under 18 must have written parental or guardian consent and be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

Due to the nature of the work and the emotional depth involved, Conscious Connected Breathwork, Akashic Records sessions, Ancestral Healing, and Intuitive Guidance are available only to clients age 18 and older.

3. Remote Services

By booking a remote or virtual session, you consent to receive services via electronic communication (phone, video, email). You understand the potential limitations of remote work, including privacy and effectiveness. You may revoke this consent at any time before or during the session.

Some remote sessions, such as intuitive guidance or Akashic Records readings, may be recorded via Zoom for your personal reference. These recordings are private, shared only with the client, and never used for promotional or educational purposes without explicit written consent. Zoom recordings are stored securely and not retained longer than necessary unless requested by the client. Please notify us if you prefer your session not be recorded.

4. Health & Safety Acknowledgment

Our services are generally gentle and non-invasive, but we ask all clients to honor their personal needs and limitations.

  • Consent & Intake Forms: Each service type includes a corresponding consent or intake form, completed at the time of booking. These forms outline any necessary health considerations, safety protocols, or contraindications related to that service. Participation is always voluntary, and you are responsible for your own well-being throughout each session.

  • Breathwork Contraindications: Conscious Connected Breathwork has specific contraindications due to its intensity. For a full list of conditions where participation may not be advised, please refer to the Breathwork Service Page or consult your healthcare provider prior to booking.

  • Reiki & Other Energy Work: There are no known medical contraindications for Reiki or energy healing. Clients are encouraged to use discretion and consult a healthcare professional if they have any concerns.

  • Respect for Healing Space: Our sessions are intended to be safe, supportive spaces for healing. While sexuality is a natural and healthy part of life, it is not part of the services we provide. Clients seeking sexual healing or erotic practices may find greater support with practitioners trained in modalities such as Tantra.

5. Payment, Cancellations, & Refunds

  • Remote Sessions: Payment is due in full at the time of booking.

  • In-Person Sessions: A small deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Remaining balance is due at the end of your session.

  • Rescheduling & Cancellations:

    • In-Studio & Zoom Sessions: Changes or cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before your appointment start time.

    • In-Home Sessions: Changes or cancellations must be made at least 6 hours before your appointment start time.

    • 1:1 Classes: Changes or cancellations must be made at least 120 hours (5 days) before the scheduled class. Requests made after this window

    • On-line Classes: Cancellations must be made at least 10 days before the scheduled group class in order to receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable payment processing fees.

  • Refunds: Remote sessions are eligible for a full refund if canceled within the first 15 minutes. In-person sessions are non-refundable once complete.

  • Termination of Service: Sessions may be ended immediately at the practitioner’s discretion if a client violates the Code of Conduct. In such cases, payment remains due in full.

6. Code of Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for all clients—online and in person. This standard applies across all platforms, including social media, email, messaging, and review sites like Yelp or Google.

To support this, we ask all clients to uphold the following:

  • Treat our practitioner and community with respect at all times.

  • Honor the session space as one dedicated to healing and energetic balance.

  • Refrain from disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior, including harassment or behavior of a sexual nature.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual who violates these standards. Mutual respect is a foundational value of our practice.

7. Training & Education Services

Inner Spectrum Healing provides Reiki training, personal development workshops, and educational materials—including downloadable meditations, guided reflections, and student portal resources. These offerings are intended for individual learning, healing, or practitioner certification. Reiki classes are taught in accordance with the standards of the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT), and certification is provided as an ICRT Affiliate. Participation does not imply licensure or guarantee professional outcomes. Students are responsible for adhering to any local, state, or institutional guidelines regarding complementary and alternative wellness practices.

8. Use of Website & Content

All content on this Website—including but not limited to text, images, videos, downloadable PDFs, logos, blog articles, course materials, and other media—is the intellectual property of Inner Spectrum Healing and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. This content may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, modified, stored, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

You may:

  • View and share links to our publicly accessible pages for personal use or non-commercial educational purposes, provided you credit Inner Spectrum Healing as the source.

You may not:

  • Republish blog content, training materials, or session language on other websites, blogs, or platforms (even with attribution) without explicit written consent.

  • Use our branding, logo, photography, or session images in marketing or client materials, including for your own practice or business.

  • Use AI or scraping tools to replicate our writing style, voice, or proprietary content.

Violations of these terms may result in legal action under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

9. Limitation of Liability

Inner Spectrum Healing is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services or Website. All Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. You agree to use our Services voluntarily and at your own risk.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. For users outside California or the United States, you are responsible for complying with your own local laws. Any legal disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts of Los Angeles County, CA.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our Website. Continued use of the Website or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
