BREATHWORK
SESSION DETAILS
MOVE ENERGY. RELEASE WHAT’S READY.
Our bodies remember what our minds can’t always process—stress we pushed through, emotions we didn’t have space to feel, and patterns we've carried longer than we realize. When that energy stays stuck, it can quietly shape how we feel, respond, and relate. Breathwork offers a natural way to clear what’s been held. Not by pushing it out, but by creating space for it to move—gently, intuitively, and in its own time.

WHAT IS CONSCIOUS CONNECTED BREATHWORK?
A gentle yet powerful practice, this form of breathwork uses a continuous, circular rhythm—breathing without pauses between inhale and exhale—to activate the body’s natural healing processes. Unlike techniques that focus on controlling or calming the breath, this approach emphasizes letting go. The breath remains unstructured and intuitive, allowing your system to guide the experience without force.
The technique itself is simple: an active inhale into the belly with relaxed expansion, followed by a passive exhale. This creates temporary shifts in body chemistry that support emotional release, energetic movement, and nervous system regulation—shown to have positive physical and psychological effects.
This isn’t about doing breathwork “right.” It’s about offering your system space to release what’s ready. That might be emotion. It might be stuck energy. Or it might be a return to the deep rest your body has been craving.
Each session is different because you are. Your body knows what it needs.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We’ll begin by settling in—getting comfortable in your space, reviewing the breathing technique, and grounding before we begin. You’ll have time to set a personal intention and connect with any internal resources that feel supportive before moving into the active breath.
Then we breathe. I’ll guide you through a simple circular breathing technique: breathing continuously without pauses between inhale and exhale. While the method stays the same, your pace, depth, and intensity may shift naturally based on what your system needs in each moment. There are no breath holds or forced hyperventilation—just a steady, flowing rhythm that you control. You’ll breathe actively for about 20–25 minutes while I hold steady, supportive space, offering cues, reflections, and light coaching to help you stay connected and present.
After the breath, we’ll allow time for your system to recalibrate through grounding. You’ll return to natural breathing and be invited into deep rest, with light support offered to help you land fully back in your body.
We’ll close with integration. Whether through quiet reflection or conversation, we’ll gently process what may have moved—energetically, emotionally, or physically. There’s no pressure to make sense of it right away. Sometimes the most significant shifts are simply felt.
SESSION SETUP & ENVIRONMENT
This breathwork practice takes place lying down on a comfortable floor cushion. You’ll have access to bolsters, pillows, blankets, and eye masks to create the level of support your body needs.
Music is used throughout the session to help guide your experience and can always be adjusted to your preferences. If you have any special requests, just let us know.
Affirmations: I may offer gentle, supportive phrases during the breathing practice. These are entirely optional, but can be deeply supportive in moments when your system is open and receptive. Affirmations help interrupt limiting beliefs and reinforce messages of safety, compassion, and trust. You’re always welcome to request silence if you prefer.
