REIKI & ENERGY HEALING TRAINING
WHY LIVE TRAINING MATTERS
Reiki training is widely available, but not all programs are created equal. Pre-recorded classes may seem convenient, yet they often leave students unsure of how to practice and may not meet recognized certification standards.
Here, every training is taught live, grounded in the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) curriculum, and supported with real-time connection and feedback. This ensures your certification is recognized worldwide and that you leave class confident in your practice.

MY APPROACH TO REIKI TRAINING
Teaching Reiki is also how I deepen my own practice. As a lifelong student, I’m always learning, and I bring those insights into our time together. With my background in communications and leadership roles in the creative field, I know how to present complex ideas in a way that feels clear, engaging, and memorable.
You’ll have the manual as a foundation, but you’ll also move through visual presentations, guided reflections, hands-on practice, and dedicated time for integration. In this way, the learning becomes a shared experience designed to help Reiki become part of your life, not just something you study.
Still Deciding?
Choosing a Reiki training is a personal decision. To support you, I created a guide that explains credentials, attunements, and what really matters when selecting a teacher.

REIKI MENTORSHIP
$125 | 60 Min
Reiki Mentorship is a one-on-one session designed to support practitioners at any stage. It is not a replacement for formal training. Instead, it provides a space to refine skills, explore advanced techniques, or revisit what you have already learned with guidance and clarity.
All practitioners are welcome, regardless of where you trained. My mentorship draws from Usui, Holy Fire®, Karuna, and Sekhem lineages to help you strengthen your practice and align it with your personal goals.
CLASS FAQ’s
-
Yes. All Reiki classes offered through Inner Spectrum Healing are certified and meet the standards set by the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT).
As an ICRT Affiliate Member, and Registered Teacher, I teach the official ICRT curriculum and issue certificates that reflect those standards. That means your certificate is recognized by the ICRT and qualifies you for the next level of training if you choose to continue.
If you complete the Master level and meet the additional requirements, you may also be eligible to apply as an ICRT Affiliate Member yourself.
-
No special abilities are required to learn Reiki. The ability to channel Reiki energy is something everyone can access with training, attunements, and practice.
-
There are no prerequisites to join Level 1—it’s open to anyone interested in learning Reiki. For Level 2 and Master training, you’ll need to have completed the previous level and provide proof of certification. This ensures you’re ready to build on the foundational skills you’ve already learned.
-
Yes — if you’ve received Reiki I and II in any Reiki lineage, you’re eligible to take the Usui/Holy Fire® III Master training. You don’t need prior Holy Fire experience. Even if your earlier levels used attunements (instead of Holy Fire placements), that’s perfect — the Master-level ignitions will upgrade your system to include the Holy Fire energy.
-
Reiki Level 2 is required to professionally practice Reiki - it provides the tools to offer healing sessions to others in person or remote. Reiki Master training, often considered the teacher’s level, allows you to attune new practitioners and deepen your commitment to Reiki. While not all masters choose to teach, this level signifies a significant step in both personal growth and mastery of the practice.
-
Generally, yes—completing Level 2 qualifies you to start a Reiki business. Most states don’t require a specific license to practice Reiki, but regulations can vary. In some areas, Reiki may be classified under massage therapy or bodywork, requiring additional certification. Be sure to research local laws and consider obtaining a business license and liability insurance to support your professional practice.
-
The content is identical in both formats, the only difference lies in the emphasis during the practical portion of Level 2:
For in-person training, the practical exercises focus on conducting in-person sessions.
For online training, the focus is on practicing remote sessions.
Both methods are covered in detail, ensuring you’re equipped to offer Reiki in any setting. The difference is simply in how the practice is tailored to the format.
-
Equity is something I deeply value. Whether you choose online or in-person training, you’ll receive the same comprehensive content, attunements, and certification. Keeping the price consistent ensures that every student has equal access to the full value of Reiki training, no matter the format. This way, you can focus on choosing the learning experience that feels right for you.
-
The online course allows for more natural interaction and collaboration within the group. This extra time encourages meaningful discussions, shared insights, and deeper engagement with the material, while including breaks for meals and rest to keep the experience comfortable and focused.
-
LRMT status is about business licensing with ICRT, not about the quality or authenticity of Reiki training. Many excellent, highly qualified Reiki teachers choose not to pursue LRMT status while still providing authentic, traditional Reiki training, still fully recognized by the ICRT but as an affiliate member.

I’m a lifelong learner and keep up with the latest upgrades in the Holy Fire® lineage—because yes, even Reiki evolves over time! I’m currently a RegisteredUsui/Holy Fire® World Peace Reiki Master Teacher (I know, it’s a mouthful).
You can verify my credentials on the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) website:
Holy Fire® list→ shows I’ve received the most current Holy Fire® upgrades.
Practitioner/Teacher directory → search under Affiliate, confirms I’m an authorized registered Reiki teacher.
Just type in “Yisbel.” I’m the only one—you can’t miss me
